Explain yourself: Best Hair
Hair we go...for my money, daytime's main mane man is All My Children's James Scott, the dapper Brit who just exudes charm and charisma. I'd pay money to get to run my hands through his gorgeous hair.

Justin Bruening screams "Best Hair" to me. I almost went with Justin Hartley, but Justin's hair really does compliment his face very well. Justin gets my vote.
