'Passions' cancelled
It's official. "Passions" has been axed by NBC, with production wrapping in the spring for a summer finale.
What is this site going to do without this show? :(

Aw. Yeah, I don't even watch the show, but you always have excellent eye candy from Passions on here! Ugh!

I was saddened and upset about this as everyone else.I can't believe they cancelling Passions to make for a fourth hour of The Today Show.If anyone wants to rant and greive with me on it, check out my soap blog.

NBC is now saying they are persuing other options for Passions, either on another network of an the web(??). But I think it's just babble from NBC to make the fans feel better. Soaps have a long tradition on US tv... How long before there are none left?

The only soap opera ever that I actually stopped watched for 3 years, came back, saw a completely different set of faces(for the same characters) and with 30 minutes I understood everything that was happening to a tee like I never stopped watching. What a horrible set of writers.
